We bought our retirement home through Michael, and over the years we have dealt with many real estate agents around Australia. Our experience with Michael could not have been better. From the moment we expressed interest in the property he was responsive, but not pushy, with timely and full replies to all of our questions. Michael has excellent communication skills, especially as we are living overseas and were not able to visit the property in person. He made us feel very confident in dealing with him and through him, with the owners. He was willing to use his extensive local networks to provide extra advice on services such as installing water tanks, solar and many other questions we had.
