Michael was a great agent, always available when I needed him (even when he was ill, he carried on), he worked hard to close the deal successfully, provided all the information I needed to complete the contract, made the purchase easy and stress free, and was always pleasant and positive. Hi Michael, the main reason our buying experience was positive was that it was exactly the type of house that we were looking for to suit our family needs after an extensive search. Several issues that we didn't really like about the buying experience was: 1. when we approached you about lowering the sale price to cover the cost of maintenance identified by the building inspection you seemed a bit upset that we should even question the sale price. 2. After a week of living in the property we discovered a feed line to the spa had a major underground water leak.That would explain why during the initial viewing the spa level was low i.e during pump cycle off times it would leak back underground with no pump cycle on.Previous knowledge of this issue was confirmed by local pool technicians who had knowledge of the history of this pool/spa.We assume the vendor knew about this but sold anyway as it was in the too hard basket.Using my trade experience I have since rectified the issue. 3.Both main bdrm and dining ACs were found to be not working shortly after taking possession 4.The oven thermostat and seals were found to be not working shortly after taking possession These issues have since been rectified by us. The remaining positives are 1. we thank you for the Cocos gift voucher and the Christmas card. 2 we will definitely be approaching our next real estate purchase very carefully.Thanks Michael.
