We found Michael very helpful, with useful practical knowledge of the particularly complicated ownership structure of the property. The marketing was well orchestrated, excellent exposure and completely necessary.

As out of town purchasers we only had one chance to inspect the house and Michael put aside more than two hours to let us inspect it thoroughly and also answer all our questions. He was also more than helpful in assisting us with closing the deal and has always made himself available whenever we called with a query. We would certainly buy a property through Michael again.

Michael was the selling agent for the property we purcheased. Unlike some other agents Michael was prepared to work on a Sunday to show us the house and ensured through out the inspection there was no pressure to make a decision but he did provide information regarding the area and other key points that made our decision easier.
