Excellence in an Agent!

We first met Michael asking to organise an "early" property inspection. He was able to organise this promptly, contract was signed that day. We had unexpected outcomes from the bank assessor and building for a number of reasons. Significant negotiation not just financial was needed to get this Propety/contract over the line. We got it! Michael was genuinely invested and both parties were considered through the process, we couldn't have asked for better communication and direction sorting the variables. NB: it was so far from business hours Monday to Friday. Unfortunately this property was not meant to be for us. Personal circumstances had us packed and ready to move with a need for early possession, the pressure was on! Michael had us through a number of other properties the next day. Knowing our specific needs, budget and no time to browse the property market and or "game", we had another contract signed within 48hrs he had found us the perfect property ticking our boxes. In summary Michael was available to us readily, he didn't waste our time on "maybe's" and over priced properties. He and his team were transparent and informative from start to settlement.
