I found Michael to have a special expertise in selling my strata property at Rooty Hill. Recommendations were made by them to make the property ready for sale, which I did. Within 2 weeks, my property was put on the market and an open house organised. After the first open house day, 3 buyers had been found. Michael negotiated a price and I was ecstatic with the result.
