Michael and I seemed to have hit it off well when we first met. He did not appear to be over the top with "sales" jargon, on the contrary, he was quick to asses the "type" of person he was dealing with, and treated us accordingly. Michael made us feel at ease, and did not promise the impossible, but quietly explained what to expect. There is no doubt that Michael's marketing knowledge is excellent since his knowledge of the area, and what was to be expected was spot on. His body language, and less talk indicated to me that he was well experienced in the property sales profession. We communicated well throughout our experiences together, and surprisingly Michael actually "listened" to what we had to say. Perhaps a telephone call could be in order when there are long gaps between buyer's inspection of the relevant property. But, to be fair, we were indeed updated from time to time. Michael presented himself in a very professional manner, he spoke well, and appeared to indicate that he knew what he was talking about. Not overbearing, calm and straight to the point. Anyone who is contemplating to use the services of Michael Bennett Real Estate should rest assured that they will receive prompt attention, and the best service in the industry.
