Micheal Bennett was delightful to deal with. He was the fourth agent to attempt to sell my property. The first listed it and a week later went on his honeymoon without informing me of his pending nuptials at the time of listing; the second spent most of the listing period on holidays with his family and attended only three opens in the three month listing period; the third was a city agent who tried but didn't get there. Micheal sold it. He actually listens and doesn't spend his time attempting to condition you as a seller. He's professional, patient and persistent.
