Over that time I have listed hundreds of homes, met with thousands of buyers and made hundreds of millions of dollars in house sales. As a testimony to this, from previous agency work, I have a number of Alan White Club and Ray White sales awards.
My biggest skill is my ability to quickly connect with a person. I do this by asking questions and listening to their answers, not just making assumptions. This helps me to understand a seller's needs and their expectations, which means I'm able to better work with them.
I pride myself on my old school techniques and styles. I'm honest and up front with all my clients and refuse to over-promise or over-value to secure a listing. However, I always keep an eye on the market and keep up with the latest trends, such as online listings and being active on social media.
By continually adapting to changes in the market and learning new skills, I've been able to improve my real estate service. As a result, the most recent financial year was one of my best yet and with property sales around the $23 million mark.
