Michael was in constant communication with us keeping us abreast of all developments, good and bad. His advice was always in our best interest. He did not go, as we expected, with the big expensive campaign, instead keeping our costs to the bare minimum, enough to sell the property. To ensure the sale, Michael drove to from the Gold Coast to Brisbane, to the Sunshine Coast and back to Brisbane to meet with us and the sellers - on a Sunday. I would not hesitate in recommending Michael if you wanted to purchase a property on the Gold Coast.
