Michael’s knowledge of the real estate market has achieve a sale of my property in Scullin which exceeded my expectations. Michael attended the property and explained all the details of how to proceed to sale. Michael even adjusted sale time periods and scheduled open houses to suit our need to to unexpected and unforeseen circumstances, with minimum fuss or extension to our auction date. Michael’s attention to managing the advertising and monitoring the tyre kickers or those serious buyers resulted in a good turn out to our auction. Michael made sure we were aware of all the comments from potential buyers. He also responded to all questions other deliberate and concise answers that have me more confidence as the auction date neared.
