Michael had a great understanding of the time frame we had to make the sale, and what I could get from the current market. Was very possitive about the possition my unit was sitting in, and an achievable time frame we had to get the result I required which was about 5 weeks. Was constantly updating me on any inspections or feed back etc. We did achieve the sale and price with new owner moving in at the end of the 5 week time frame. A great result for all involved.
