Usually I'm not one to complaint.. but due to our experience being unfortunately a bad one and as there were so many red flags and lies I must share. Michael came across as very overbearing and boastful about his experience and talked over the top of the building and pest inspectors and the buyers to swing the conversation from a negative to what he wanted (a positive). We found him rude and he didn't listen, he just used dirty sales tactics in conversation to bulldoze the conversation and brush off a direct factual answer. He spoke alot, but wasn't forthcoming with the facts. Besides the rude and 'desperate for sales approach' MyHouse realty falsely advertised and contracted the sale for the current tenant rent as $325 a week (which was in fact $300 a week) a huge unlawful mistake for the responsible professional in charge of the factual information of a sale (the agent).. the online listings were then changed to show $300 (how convenient) except the contract and states otherwise! I would usually think this a dumb mistake, but, due to all the other things that were 'convenient mistakes' I think not. He then had the nerve to call me and try to persuade me into not taking it further. Using his 'dirty negotiation skills' he conducted dealings which should have been done through the solicitors. We (all 3 of us) recall individual water metering and compliance being confirmed by Michael, yet we later found out it wasn't individually metered. Also, he stated there was no asbestos.. if he isn't qualified in asbestos then he shouldn't be confirming that. Its a shame that there are so many of these spineless sneaky dirty agents out there really. Take a moment to read the real estate legislation and Fair Trading act again Michael.
