Michael was very professional in his approach and had a great knowledge of the local market, so much so that I obtained a sale price far above what I initially thought I would achieve. He was very good in explaining the sales and marketing process and was very honest and straightforward with any questions I had. I would highly recommend Michael to anyone looking to buy or sell their house.

Great communicator, helpful and genuine

Michael had a very calm, professional attitude when asked about the unit details that I purchased.

Michael exceeded our expectations. Got a great price, kept us informed (quicker than our solicitors) and nothing was too much trouble for him. Highly recommend.

Michael sold our house within a week of listing it. He has good market knowledge and kept us fully informed throughout the process. Would highly recommend.

Michael is always super helpful, has great communication and has thorough knowledge of the Toowoomba real estate market. I have used his services to sell multiple properties over the years and will definitely use him next time I am in need of an agent.

From day 1 Michael was very open and honest with all communication, good and bad. Very professional and gave his honest opinions and shared his knowledge truthfully. I would not hesitate to recommend Michael to help anyone who needs his skills and knowledge to get the best results.

Throughout the process Michael was genuine, and open with his communication with us. At no time did we feel reason for distrust or that we were being led astray. He was prompt with his communication between the seller and ourselves. Our offer was accepted and the contract signing went smoothly.

Michael was a great guide while buying our first house, explaining and helping us through the process

Very welcoming, had a lot of knowledge and helped alot.

Michael was there for every step of the way through a difficult and complicated purchase. He was always there to answer questions and give advice. Always accommodating and friendly. Can not recommend him enough. Only agent I would ever use again!

As the second real estate agent I used to sell the property. The first had no idea. When I took on Michael, it was based on his 5 star ratings from customers in real-estate.com plus his initial quote on the property. Michael updated me weekly over the period of the property being listed. He found a lot of buyers and successful got more than he estimated. When we asked for changes - he was highly accommodating. Don't use anyone else in Toowoomba - trust me I have used a few and Michael is outstanding!
