I would just like to say how wonderful it was dealing with Michael. He made everything so easy when selling our property and kept us up to date throughout the process. Despite being in different states, he ensured everything went smoothly. We even received an offer higher than the asking price. I highly recommend Michael for selling your next property.
I found Michael to be an honest and reliable person. We purchased a unit through him and he refrained from exaggerating or making unrealistic claims just to close the deal. He is friendly, professional, and willing to help. Michael is now managing the property for us, and after a few months, we have had no issues with his services.
Michael achieved a speedy sale of our property, meeting the outcome we were hoping to achieve.
We were more than happy with Michael's professionalism and achievement in quick sale of our property.
It was amazing dealing with Michael to purchase a property from a distance. I had been looking for a few months and dealt with a few different agents and was disappointed when there had been some dishonesty in dealings so when I came across Michael it was a breath of fresh air he was honest the property was exactly as it was advertised. In a busy market Michael was extremely hectic yet made the time to respond to my queries and keep me informed even when I had lost a bid on a property. I have no hesitation in recommending you to Michael and know that he also took care of the tenant who occupied the property that I bought which was really thoughtful.
Michael made selling my house extremely easy and stress free. He was professional, easy to communicate with and always made himself available to answer any questions I had. Michael goes above and beyond for his clients and I cannot recommend him enough!
Third time we have used My House and Micheal. We would not consider anyone else or firm to sell our Property .
Couple of month I sold two properties the one was wasted but the second one was good
Michael was a pleasure to deal with as a purchaser. Michael was focused on the owner and I being able to reach an agreement on purchase price and additional terms that had regard to our individual circumstances. As a first home buyer, Michael was also genuine in ensuring that all steps were taken to provide confidence in the purchase, assisting in arranging and attending personally at various due diligence inspections.
Once again, Michael has exceeded our expectations! We first enlisted his help a year ago to sell our investment property, and there was no question we’d reach out to him again when it came time to sell our owner-occupied home and upgrade. Michael's expertise, transparency, and in-depth knowledge of the market are unmatched. He consistently delivers outstanding results, securing a price far beyond what we anticipated. We couldn't be more grateful for his hard work and dedication!
Michael is professional and his knowledge of the market is great. Had a nice quick sale.. would hire him again
