Michael helped the reviewer buy this property

Proactive and dedicated professional

Michael was proactive in finding exactly the property we were looking for and facilitating a negotiation that left us pleased with the outcome - as well as the seller. He patiently pursued and persisted to get the information required for the sale to go through and at one point even responded to messages from his hospital bed. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to oversell, and he made the process as easy as possible.
