We have sold our share of properties before but this one was by far the best result, easiest and worry free experience we've ever had. Michael found us an excellent buyer, kept us informed thoughout the whole process, and achieved the best possible outcome for us. We highly recommend Michael and the Locations team.

Michael and the team at locations have been nothing but great during the buying process. Michael with question kept me and partner up to date with every step of the process and any changes or requirements needed from us. I would recommend Michael and his team any day of the week. And I really look forward to doing more business with him and locations.

Michael was very helpful and professional throughout the entire process with the seller and us. Michael has a very friendly demneanour and did everything possible to ensure a smooth transition of ownership of the house.... would definitely reccoment his services to anyone wanting to purchase a property in Gladstone.

A true professional in every aspect of the sale. Smooth process throughout. Easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable when managing offers and the path forward to finalize the sale. Thank you Michael, great work!

Thanks Michael for your support and help with the sale of the property. Michael gave weekly updates of the sale process and honest feedback from prospective buyers. He suggested minor changes to ensure property remained clean and tidy for the duration of the sale and closed the deal with a good outcome for us and the new buyers. Thanks Michael.

Michael had or found the answers to our questions through the purchase period. Great job and was open and honest to deal with.

We chose Michael to sell our property after working with him as buyers! His integrity and professionalism was demonstrated in each of our dealings! Highly recommend.

Michael helped us and was extremely open and helpfull from the start.

Michael was recommended to us from friends who were also selling. They could not speak highly enough of him. Michael does all the right things, communicates well, on time, follows through but he also supports and pushes you a bit, meaning we got more for our property then expected. Winning!! He also went above and beyond, where others wouldn't. Thank you Michael. Wendy & Robbie

Highly recommend Michael, he came recommended to us, straight away he was able to advise us on things we could do to the property to ensure it was market ready, he considered our time line and budget, right from day one to settlement date he was available for questions, explained everything plainly as this was our first home sale, Nothing was an issue, he conducted our open homes professionally and continued communication with us thru the entire process. Thank you so much for helping us sell our home 🏡

Michael was fantastic right from the start. Came to my property & gave advice on the best way to renovate for our target market. Guided the photographer for the best shots, then did a great listing. Michael handles himself in a profession manner at all times & was always available for advice. Highly recommended.

Michael was extremely professional in all aspects of our sale. We have used Michael before and we highly recommend him. Thanks again for making the sale go so smoothly.
