Michael was an excellent agent to work with who kept us informed throughout the entire process and worked hard to ensure a satisfactory outcome for the buyers and vendors. He is an excellent communicator who I have already referred to family for another listing.

From the first meeting Michael was very professional and updated us after every open house and during the contract sent us updates on the important dates when they were completed

Michael was able to deliver a sale above price expectation and kept us up to date throughout all stages of the sale process. Would recommend.

Michael was amazing in assisting us with the sale of our house. He understands the local market and was able to assess our sale goal with the current market to determine the best listing price. Michael was highly professional and responsive. He always provided his point of view and provided options to make a decision. He was always available via email/phone/text. It was truly a pleasure working with him.

Michael was great to deal with, genuine and supportive in the sale of my house from start to finish. The process was made effortless due to his willingness to answer my questions and continuous availability during the sales process to explain and offer advice in the situations that commonly arise, which I found comfort in. I have another property to sell and look forward to working with Michael again in the future. I absolutely recommend Michael to anyone looking to sell a property in the area.

Micheal was recommended to me by friends. Right from the start he was thorough in the assessment of my property, listened to my requirements, flexible and honest in his appraisal of my selling situation at each phase. He helped me prepare the house for sale and taught me the legalities as a new seller. He was present for every open house and gave me timely feedback. He was able to secure a sale with excellent negotiating skills which benefitted both parties. Micheal is a well rounded agent with very good knowledge and experience. Most importantly he is a nice guy and easy to talk to. Thank Michael for the journey and successful outcome.
