Without a shadow of a doubt, he is one of the most honest and genuine agent's I've met, and believe me, I've come across some dodgy ones. Using his vast years of experience and intuition, he was able to bring in the right buyers to inspect our property, and had the vision to recognize that, despite offers being put forward before auction, that it was best to wait till auction for the best price. And indeed we did get the best price! His work ethic and integrity is impeccable, so I definitely can't recommend Michael enough!
