When I began looking for my first home/ town house I came across Michael from Harcourts Rata & Co. Michael was very helpful and willing to show me homes that interested me at suitable times. He quickly understood what I was looking for and suggested I take a look at the property in Thomastown which eventually I purchased. Michael was very helpful during the negotiation stage and persisted throughout the afternoon untill 8pm on a Saturday night when he secured both my signature and the vendors signature on the contract.
