While we thought the agent performed well during the sale, the condition the property was left in is nothing short of disgraceful. If we were agents, inspecting after a tenant had moved out, there is no chance in hell that they would get their bond back. While we realise this is more the responsibility of the previous owners, it has soured our overall experience and that reflects back on everyone involved, including the agent.

Michael was great and easy to work with. He would give constant updates on open for inspections, prospective buyers and negotiations. Michael is very honest and clear in communication which attributes him into getting the best result for the seller.
