As a first home buyer, I was quite disappointed with the service as the home was in quite a dirty and unorganised state. Found few possessions and messes that weren’t bothered to be cleaned. We spent extra money and time to clean before moving in. Our welcome gift was very poor, no usual champagne bottle or wine bottle but instead an assortment of cheap chocolates and food ingredients.
