We bought from Michael's vendor in a high-pressure 23 hours during the market spike. We found him and his team uncomplicated, honest and excellent to deal with. He made himself available when others in the market had not and he went out of his way to get additional information from the local market to help us feel comfortable with our decision. There was no horse trading and we feel like the vendors also got an excellect deal. We will be using Michael and the team for our next property sale in the area :)
