Our recent purchase with Michael went very smoothly. He was very proactive with communication throughout the whole process. Throughout some minor hiccups on the sellers side, he was super helpful and was very much going out of his way to make sure things went smoothly for us. He was also very accommodating with pre settlement inspections and organising with the seller and tenant for us to have trades come into the property for quotes prior to settlement.
