I would like to commend McGrath Estate Agents Coburg for their professionalism in handling the rental of my apartment and now the sale. Being a first-time landlord, was quite daunting, however Tania Toti made the transaction so easy. She looked after everything and to my surprise, my apartment was rented after the first opening. That same professionalism was now displayed by Michael Chan who handled the sale of my apartment. To my surprise, the apartment sold within two weeks. Michael kept me fully informed of all offers made and negotiations taken. This made the whole experience very easy and gave me peace of mind. I would recommend the team at McGrath's to anyone wanting to go down the same path I did. Thank you Michael, Tania, Elise and Franca, you are all amazing.
