Michael helped the reviewer sell this property

Agent Exceeded All Expectations

Michael was involved in our sale from the very beginning until the very end - and whilst current market conditions, along with vacating tenants made for some challenges on that journey - Michael navigated those challenges extremely diligently throughout the process and honestly exceeded our expectations at every step. Communication was faultless and we were kept informed every step of the way with the open house events / feedback and realestate.com.au and put simply he was extremely responsive. In a standout instance Michael drove to Brisbane (from the Gold Coast) to pickup keys from the property manager - as I was unable to being based in NSW. Michael also helped us with trades to get the property at its best for the sale.
