We couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent than Michael! From the very beginning he was honest, transparent and kept us informed every step of the way. He was always quick to respond to messages, provided genuine feedback after every open home, and made the entire selling process feel easy and stress-free. What truly stood out was the kindness and compassion he showed my mum whilst she was undergoing treatment and taking the time to explain everything to her in a way that she would understand and with so much patience. He went above and beyond by helping her get her pets into the car before every open home and always checking in afterwards to make sure she had arrived home safely. He was always punctual, well prepared, and treated Mum's home with great care and respect.
