I had spoken to a few agents who didn't put me at ease with the selling of my property in today's market but meeting with Michael was completely opposite. I had made the decision to sign up with Michael after the first meeting with well knowledge of the current market, price expectations and the ease that I have gone with an agent who knows what he is doing. I felt like Michael was not just trying to get a sale but truly taking the time to understand what my current property goals were and what my future goals are. Michael has a wealth of knowledge in the property market and never failed to communicate with me every step of the selling process, his professionalism and expertise was evident in the sale. He had launched my property Friday afternoon and the property was sold the following Tuesday. It was on the market for only 4 days and got me the price I wanted to achieve. I would highly recommend Michael to family and friends and will definitely be using him and Chidiac Realty in the future regarding my other investments.

I think it is hard to do justice to the level of care and experience that Michael showed me and my family in purchasing my first property in just a review. He always had an answer and solution to what I needed, which for a first home buyer is vital for myself to understand the process. He was ready at any hours and to cater to whatever strange hours I would require to inspect a property and to finalise anything else. Having been looking for some time for the right property to suit my needs, being able to have Michael guide me through the minefields of other comparatively worse agents in Sydney was a huge blessing. Michael never pressured or forced me with misinformation and was as patient with me and my family when we had really absurd and silly questions. Ultimately to sum up, Michael was always on hand with a warm friendly smile and ready to approach any difficulty with a solution, which as always is greatly appreciated. A word should also be given to the rest of the Chidiac staff who was wonderful and informative throughout the experience. Having seen and inspected over 65 properties in and around Wentworth Point and Rhodes I can safely say without hesitation that Chidiac Real Estate is by far the best and for those who want a smooth process for buying, renting or investment properties you should look no further.

Overall I rate Michael's performance in general very high. Strengths are that he is very knowledgable, experienced, highly organised, highly attention to detail, patient, approachable, prompt, flexible, efficient, polite, friendly and always know what he is doing. Below are outlining how Michael helps us with the selling: 1, Some agents may talk about themselves, Michael is willing to listen, understand the pain points the owners have and provide useful feedback and suggestions instantly, this underpins everything he does during the selling process. His attitude is flawless! 2, Highly organised and prepared post-selling. We wanted to sell our home as quickly as possible and Michael understand our urgency, he stayed up late few nights to help cleaners to speed up the process for the best presentation, and make sure everything is perfect before the cleaners left, and he came to the property very early in the morning prior to the first inspection, he printed all relevant document/files and put on the table in case the buyers need to know, such as how much is the strata per Q, water rate and council rate, etc so buyers don't need to ask further questions, actually the buyers were very impressed - they got everything they need to know! 3, Michael is very experience in the real estate industry - he thinks the presentation, marketing strategies and process are extremely important, I am glad that I took his advise - we upgraded new timber floor, lighting, etc. The good presentation will make it much easier for selling. Finally Michael sold the property in just 6 DAYS! I didn't expect it was that quick but Michael did it smoothly. I feel I am so lucky to have Michael to look after my property and I am extremely happy with the selling price(above my expectations), his excellent service and outcomes. I really appreciated all of his effort, professionalism and enthusiasm as an agent and I strongly recommend Michael and his team to anyone else for sure!
