Michael was really good, a pleasure to deal with, very personable. He also worked tirelessly to provide us with all the information in a timely manner. Additionally, he was flexible with his time and worked around us which was appreciated. Highly recommended.
Michael and the Ray White Inverloch team were fantastic from the very beginning. Very quick to get our house on the market and had a buyer within two weeks. Michael was super knowledgeable and friendly and was consistent with his communication. Would highly recommend Michael and the Ray White Inverloch team and wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.
We recently had the pleasure of working with Michael to purchase our dream beach house. Michael is professional & used his knowledge & expertise to help us through the entire home-buying process. He took the time to listen to our needs to find us the right fit house for our budget and expectations. On a personal level Michael is genuine and kind and cared about the end result for vendor and buyer. Thanks to Michael & the Ray White Team, & we highly recommend their help for your next purchase.
Michael was a dream to work with, he's a very reliable and professional person who was always available to help in any way. The communication was really good from start to finish - I was always kept up to date with any new developments, and really appreciated the weekly email reports. I felt that I always had the support I needed to get through the selling process and Michael was always willing to go above and beyond - would definitely recommend!
Michael is fantastic, we couldn’t ask for a better agent. We were originally in contact with another agent at Ray White and were passed onto Michael, it was the best thing that could’ve happened. He is hard working, professional, honest and an all round nice person. Even in these difficult times he had our house sold within a few weeks. Couldn’t rate him higher!
We can’t thank Michael enough. Michael was so very easy to work with, his communication to us was next level, extremely professional and yet so friendly. He helped make the whole buying process a breeze! Michael also knew the market well. He was polite, honest and reliable. He did everything he said he would and more. Very happy. Would fully recommend him.
We met Michael by coincidence while we were driving in Inverloch in order to get to know the place. He was very accommodating and show us the house for sell he was visiting. That house didn't fit our need but since then Michael was sending us options based on the criteria we had. Last month we liked one of the listings and Michael was helping us through the process and negotiation and we end up buying a property. This could not have happened without Michael's tenacity
Micheal was always available and if not would be back to us in a reasonable period of time. He always had a can do attitude and was never afraid to go and find information to questions he was not 100% on. Easy to work with made us feel like it was more than just a sale to him
