Through Michael Clarke's marketplace proactivity he asked if he could give us a valuation on our property and after doing so indicated that he had two or three parties who might be interested in purchasing. Not needing nor necessarily wanting to sell we gave him a limited 2 week agency just two weeks before Christmas with an indicative price at the top end of his valuation. We also did not want any form of marketing to be undertaken thereby relying on his own reconiassance. The result was fantastic, with limited amount of fuss, we had a competitive environment, no invasive open for inspections, or general marketing or publicity and a price that we were more than happy with. all this occurring a very short space of time including the Christmas New Year break.
