We looked round a property on Saturday, spoke to Cherie and Michael on the following Monday, and through their network they had found a buyer for ours by the Wednesday of the following week. Getting our house on the market was a major challenge as Covid had taken hold, I was away and our house was full of furniture and clutter. It had to be repainted, repaired and styled in a short time. Michael and his staff organised it all - booked the packers and removalists in, organised the trades and got the house looking so good I almost changed my mind about selling. All while I was living interstate. Michael sold the house prior to auction achieving an excellent result. I loved the promotional video he made to advertise our home.
