Once we started to think seriously of selling the team and Clarke and Humel were happy to give us in depth analysis of the value and suggest strategies without ever being pushy or pressuring us to sell. The support and help offered by the extended team in terms of preparing the house for sale was invaluable (organising trades, booking appointments etc), however in the end we did not even make it to open market thank's to Clarke and Humel's bank of database clients.
