Michael Clarke worked with Alex Donnan to sell our house on Katoomba Ave. It was a long journey from their first visit to the house on a sweltering Queensland day, to the agreement to move forward two and half years later (after we spent two years away). We preferred to conduct a private sale without advertising. They knew exactly what we were looking for in a buyer, and had the key deal done in just a week. Not only did they sell the house, but then spent an inordinate amount of time helping us search for the next property, with many invitations to see houses not yet on the market.
