Michael was a very genuine respectful agent who went beyond getting us a better selling price than we imagined. Our situation was a very emotional sale as the unit was my Mothers and after declining Dementia having to place my Mother in full time care, the sale was not just about the money. Michael listened and respected our emotions and our decisions. Keeping us updated with open homes and then various offers which we accepted the first week on the market. He worked with the buyer to achieve the best price. I would highly recommend Michael and rate him one of the most genuine Sales Agents who achieves great results while being very respectful.
