I met Michael at an open house and knew immediately that I wanted him to sell my house. He knew that it was going to be a few months before I was ready to sell but was still happy to come and talk to us about my property. MIchael is very knowledgable about the market and was able to make suggestions, all of which were carried out, to improve the value of the property. This was the first time I had sold a house and I really appreciated his friendliness and his willingness to answer all questions, whether minor or not. At no time did I ever feel like I was anything but an important customer. The open house was carried out in a professional manner (having since attended many open houses, I appreciate that even more now) and the house sold quickly.
