We have had a number of pleasant experiences with Hodges in this area, and I say this area for a number of reasons that I will come back to. We have bought 2 houses and sold the same 2 houses with Michael and the process has been a pleasure each time. There is no BS about things like the price you are going to get, rather a more pragmatic answer that is real.
