Hodges Beaumaris - we would use them again

We have had a number of pleasant experiences with Hodges in this area, and I say this area for a number of reasons that I will come back to. We have bought 2 houses and sold the same 2 houses with Michael and the process has been a pleasure each time. It always boils down to the people you deal with and Michael and Maria have been a treat to deal with. I also feel like we have not been misled in any way at any point in the process. There is no BS about things like the price you are going to get, rather a more pragmatic answer that is real. The reason I mentioned 'this area' is that I liked the approach they take of collaborating between multiple Hodges offices in the broader Beaumaris-Sandringham area to find a buyer for the house. They operate as a team and this broadens the net to find more interest, something I feel works well. Can only say we would use them again for both buying and selling.
