Michael was awesome from the get go! He knows the market well and knew exactly the best option for us He gave us great advice and as a result of this we received an amazing result! Michael is super easy to deal with and will get you a result fast! We highly recommend Michael
Micheals knowledge of the area was excellent. His communication was spot on even while on paternity leave and suffering with covid . He was professional at all times . He got us a great deal.
Micheal is great to deal with. His politeness and professionalism is outstanding. His experience and knowledge of the local market is excellent and highly recommend.
We live in the Pilbara, 1200km from where our house was located that we sold. From the first phone call with Michael, I had this intuition that he was going to get our house SOLD. And he did not fail, it didnt even reach the market. Theres absolutely no pushiness when it came to Michael either, each decision he gave us to make we did it on our own. The communication is fantastic! If we had 10 other houses to sell, then i wouldn't hesitate to use Michael as our agent again and again.
Micheal has good market knowledge and was able to quickly find a good tenant for our investment property , and secured a fantastic rental return.
If you want great understanding agents to sell you property look no further. You will get good response from this guys just remember everyone is busy but they will fond the time to get back to you. They will try they best to make you happy eather you selling or buying. Unlike some agent who can't evan say hello before they answer the question , this guys know how to make you smile and be really welcoming. They achieve what we ask and we are for ever greatful to Michael and his team. Guys thank you so much for getting us what we wanted. Absolutely Recommend 👍👍🥂🥂
Michael was very professional. I especially appreciated his honesty and straight forward approach. He communicated throughout the sale of our house and we received a great price. Overall very happy! Would use again.
My partner and I being too young entered this first home buying process with no clue of anything and thought it was going to be long and difficult but these guys made it completely opposite, we are still in disbelief we’ve been sitting at our brand new home in such a quick matter of time, it’s been amazing. Thanks Coulson&co!
