Michael was a fantastic help through the process of purchasing my first house. He was open and honest about all the information he had regarding the property, and very personable. During the inspection process, my building inspector identified some areas that needed fixing before settlement. While Michael was very calm and casual throughout this process, his expertise assured me that he was giving due dilligence to both myself and the seller. Michael coordinated and facilitated a speedy rectification and organised for my building inspector to reinspect and approve the completed work. We were able to reach settlement without any delays, and I was comfortable knowing that the correct processes had been followed. At times, it became evident that Michael was extremely busy, and this was reflected in the occaisionally scattered approach to communications. This resulted in some delays in the sharing of information, but it ultimately did not have any detrimental effect on my experience.
