Excellent knowledge of the market. Michael handled an uncooperative tenant very well, while trying to set up Open Homes! He also organized trades for repair requirements that came up from the building inspection. The girls in the office were especially wonderful, dealing with my frequent meltdowns over same and keeping me informed, giving me advice, etc. A nice friendly organization to work with! Only criticism: Michael is so darn busy that he is quite often hard to get hold of on the phone! But the office staff take up the slack!
