We were very satisfied with our experience using Coulsen Co to sell our home. Michael had very detailed knowledge of the market trends and great strategies to work with the current market in order to get the best result for our sale. One negative would just be that there were a few things missed along the way (I.e our "coming soon" and "for sale" signs were not put up until after our home opens) but we still ended up with a great result!
