I was following the market since I bought the property and, early 2026 I started to see a possible downturn coming and was then contemplating selling. That is when Michael contacted me and then I realised we had the same analysis of the situation! (and what has happened since then has confirmed we were right). Therefore, I took the decision to sell and, from there, everything was done in due time, accurately and with very minimum intervention from me, which was awesome. Great job Coulson & Co!
