This was my second attempt (and agent) involved with selling my property and I regret not selecting Michael when I first met him. After a big let down (all talk no result) with another agent - Michael was spot on with my property valuation, there were no hyped up numbers or missed promises, just real expectations from day 1. Had offers within the first couple of weeks of marketing the property and while COVID had caused finance issues with some of the buyers, each offer was well negotiated and managed by Michael - always proactively contacting me for updates.
