Michael was cooperative, understood what our needs were and discussed marketing and listing arrangements with the agency. He provided advice on internal improvements to enhance the outlook and appearance of the house so as to make it attractive to potential buyers. We followed his advice and satisfied him with internal painting etc. He brought two contracts with offers close to our anticipated price but both were subsequently declined by the banks. he then brought is another contract with a reduced price which we subsequently accepted. The property sold and settlement completed.
