We met the RayWhite Hurstville team's principal Michael Curtis and his team member, Ivan Li in early August 2020 during the uncertain property market in our living area under the pandemic situation. We were impressed in their in-depth market knowledge of the type of our dwelling property and their cost effective positive marketing plan with focus and speed. Right in our first short meeting, we were told exactly the reasonable commission that we would need to pay only for the successful sale and a clear breakdown of marketing costs we need to spend on sale promotion. Also we were introduced to a professional house styling provider, who later rendered to do a great and fast styling job for our property to make it much more attractive to out stand from the market. In just 1 week's time, we got everything ready for our 1st open house inspection. The RayWhite team then continued to work aggressively in next several weeks for open and many private inspections and was able to line up a number of interested genuine buyers to join the negotiation. Right until the 6th week since the property was placed to the market, we got the winner buyer to commit to a reasonable price that was within our target to mark the property "sold".
