Michael made the sale experience fun. Really. We were never desperate sellers and open to hold the property - but its been an excellent result well above our reserve - even in the middle of the Virus situation. But I would write this same review even if we didnt sell it. Michael sold a 2 bedroom apartment for us. Its the bottom end of the market, compared to a house - but to us Michael and JASStephens treated us like we were the only client with the response and support. Michael was so open, honest, passionate but above all considerate to us, the tenant and the rental agent. Michael made such huge efforts ensuring all parties kept informed and comfortable. He even helped open up for potential renters for the rental agent on his own time. His proactive approach to do what is best for the client even had him put the rental furniture in the apartment before we even got the email invoice/contract for it! (We paid it instantly) Michael took time to explain sales strategies, market dynamics and listened - in short I gave him 100% trust to do what he excels at. It was the right decision. The thing that stood out most was when I commented how frustrating the virus situation is for agents but Michael explained sales are down around half but he is blessed and happy to be still doing the job he truly loves.
