Michael is a good real estate agent to deal with, but best of all, he's a nice guy! We had been looking for a property for well over 6-month. We live 45-minutes from Ballarat and work-6-days a week, so the opportunity to inspect properties was from Monday to Wednesday and only after hours. We met Michael at a property that wasn't for us, but over the next 6-month he kept us up to date with properties that fell in our price range and needs, unfortunately for Michael, we didn't buy any of them!
