Not having purchased a house for more than 3 decades I was unfamiliar with current processes. Michael went above and beyond to explain the steps to be taken by me, and to answer the many and varied questions I had - even those that weren’t strictly in line with his own role as representative of the vendor. Michael is a good real estate agent to deal with, but best of all, he's a nice guy! We had been looking for a property for well over 6-month. We live 45-minutes from Ballarat and work-6-days a week, so the opportunity to inspect properties was from Monday to Wednesday and only after hours. We met Michael at a property that wasn't for us, but over the next 6-month he kept us up to date with properties that fell in our price range and needs, unfortunately for Michael, we didn't buy any of them! He knew what we were looking for and persisted. (a low budget palace!) Finally, he showed us a property that had not been advertised and we bought it. Most real estate agents give up the minute you don't buy, and definitely don't go to the trouble Michael did. We genuinely appreciate his follow-up and service and we couldn't recommend him highly enough!
