Having first met Michael when on the rental team, it’s been a great experience working with him again now he’s part of the selling team. As a first-time seller, Michael was able to talk me through the selling process, breaking it down to manageable steps, and outlining the options available to me. I felt very comfortable asking any and all questions, which were answered knowledgeably, and he was able to expand into other aspects I hadn’t considered. He allowed me to make decisions at my own pace and to only move forward when I was ready; I never felt rushed or any pressure. Michael has always been fantastic at keeping in contact with a kind, understanding, helpful and professional manner. His proactive approach to selling meant I was able to sell my home quickly as he’d negotiated offers better than I’d imagined (which met my needs and wasn’t purely focused on price).
