It was a very hard decision in picking the agent to help you handle your properties, there are some good agents, some great agents, and then there is Michael - the above all. Michael is truely a relationship specialist agent, working around my time even though i am living in the country 4 hours behind Australia, yet Michael was still up whenever we needed to discuss somehting. Be noted that my house sold at 9:30PM. Michael is transparency and helpful. He showed and guided me everything in the process of selling as it is my first time dealing with property.
