Mike sold us the property some twenty years ago and we went back to him when we decided to sell. He is the same friendly, helpful agent that we remembered from years ago. His staff are equally friendly and very helpful.

I have never sold a house before, so the whole idea regarding the process involved seemed very daunting to me, but from the moment I contacted Michael at Michael's Real Estate I knew I had chosen the perfect Agency to help me. During the initial inspection of my house before putting it on the market, Michael, with his obvious knowledge and experience, and assisted by Katelyn & Grace, gave me a very honest and down to earth dollar value appraisal of my property, along with a very transparent explanation of the strategy to be used to market the property. My house went under contract within 3 days of being listed on the market, for a much higher price than I had initially anticipated due to Katelyn's excellent negotiation skills, and then settlement took place exactly 3 weeks later. Everything was so simple and straight forward from my perspective, and that is all due to Michael's Real Estate's expertise, experience and professionalism.
