Excellent communication from start of putting on market right through too settlement

Michael,Grace and Tayla were nothing but awesome through the whole process of selling. They handled everything professionally and not once did we feel uncomfortable with any aspect of their work, from marketing, negotiating the best price for our property to settling. They even answered phone calls after hours when we had a question. There was a hiccup at settlement with the house we were buying and Grace did everything she could to help us get early access to our new property and for that we can’t thank you enough. From the first conversation with Michael that we were thinking of selling, we felt comfortable and confident were with the right people. Never pushy just here is the facts and this is what the market is looking like right now. Then when we asked for appraisal they worked in with our schedule and gave pointers on making property more desirable to buyers before we signed anything. They then left us with a fact sheet with costs all broken down so we knew what we were getting into. We got another couple appraisals, one was very pushy and the other just never showed up. I would not hesitate to use Michael and his awesome team if we were to buy or sell again
