Michael from Biggin and Scott quickly arranged a viewing of the property I purchased today, negotiated the price with the owner, whilst at the viewing, and the sale was finalised about an hour later. This property being out of town, somewhat dated and with acreage had proved hard to sell by other agents. The photographs organised by Michael were of a very high standard whilst not being unrealistic. After some months Michael advised that I lower my expectations re the price. On the sale of our house Michael and his team were amazing. Michael and tom were very helpful, open minded and gave us a lot of advice .They were quick to call us with feedback and to keep us informed on peoples enquiries about our house. The office staff were amazing and very friendly and willing to help us if we phoned or dropped into the office for a chat and would put our minds at ease if we had any questions. Over all Michael and his team made sure our sale was a very easy stress free experience and would go with them to sell our house again in the future
