Michael had excellent knowledge of the local market in the centenary area. We interviewed a number of agents and felt he gave us a very realistic expectation of the price we would achieve in the current market (as opposed to over-quoting to try get our business and then lowering our expectations.) He went to a lot of trouble to help us prepare our property for sale and was efficient and professional when it came to the actual sales process. His negotiation skills were excellent.
